Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Victor began singing and acting at a young age. By 8 years old, he was performing in school musicals. By the age of 16, he was a member of a local band. Honing his acting and vocal skills - having even been trained by several famous opera singers from Italy and the Metropolitan Opera - during his high school years, Victor attended numerous colleges and universities before finally graduating from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, with a B.A. in Communications Arts and Literature - all this while raising 2 sons and a daughter.
